show notes: this was my introduction to Guided By Voices, so I don't really have much to share. the show was 2.5 hours long, and I'd seen Bobby Bare Jr. here in Alaska a few years back, so that was kind of a treat, the club in St. Louis and the area it was in was pretty cool, the opening band was pretty awful (Sleepy Kitty...but I taped them anyway), and then GBV came out and played for what seemed like forever (this was my 9th show in 9 days...I made it to 14 straight) after the 1st encore, they left the stage, and it appeared the show was over. I was already outside when you could hear them coming back out for the 2nd encore, so I rushed back in and documented the end. , and I drove 2/3 of the way to Nashville after the show for Steve Earle and Neil Young (already torrented) the next night. big thanks to Smores for the upload, and who knows what you may see on dime next?

--- ballsdeep OUT!

This show is another "ballsdeep" master. He was kind enough to give some of his masters to be shared in this forum. If you have old masters or low generation cassettes PLEASE contact me or anyone that is willing to work on them to get them out to the collecting community. Thanks.
