MISC NOTES:
I first caught Gary Clark Jr at Bonnaroo earlier this year, where he blew me away. My girlfriend had been talking him up like crazy and I'm ashamed to admit that just under a year ealier she had tried to convince me to see him in some tiny club elsewhere in the city, and I foolishly turned her down. Well he blew up in that year's time and on this tour he sold out the 930 Club in just a couple of days! I was very happy to have the opportunity to see him again-- this is some fantastic dirty blues! The show was opened by Kat Edmonson, who I did not record.
