Was not originally planning on attending this show when ticket prices were
announced. I just saw H&O last year (with Tears For Fears) and had some
unfortunate luck getting kicked out by security at the encore when they spotted
my microphones. I wanted to give them another shot to get a complete set,
but not at 150 per seat. Thankfully, this show did not sell well at all so
Groupon offered a ton of upper level tickets for $20. That still did not
get me to buy -- but for some reason the morning of the show I felt an urge
to go. I logged onto stubhub and found a $14 ticket (with all fees) in
section 209 row L. There was no way in hell I was sitting up there, but this
got me in the door. I then spent the end of Train's set (not recorded) looking
for empties in 102 (near the speaker stack). Found 4 seats in a row S not
being used! Positioned myself there and wired up! The rest is history.
When you combine the fact I found street parking with my $14 ticket, this
may have been the cheapest arena show Ive ever been to! Well worth it. The band
sounded great and while Im not a Train fan (at all), Pat Monahan added so much
to "Wait For Me". One of the highlights of the set for sure. The sound was
fairly good from 102. The first 3 songs were bass heavy, so I did my best in
post to bring it down to match the rest of the set. Enjoy!

Hey Daryl and John, where was "One On One"?
