notes from smores: I knew Hank was going to play a long time, but damn! Knowing that I don't own many SD cards for my recorder, if I recorded at 24/48 it would be cutting it very close to fit the whole show. I made the decision to switch to 16/44.1 for my peace of mind. He began at exactly 8:30pm with the Damn Band. With only enough time to change his hat and shirt and a band member or two between sets, he played strait through until 12:57am! During the song Mad Cow I checked my recorder knowing that I would have to switch to my 3rd SD card at the end of the song. But, at the end of the tune he wished us a good night. The song ordinarily runs about 9 minutes and when I went to turn the deck off, I saw that my card was full and had stopped. So, in total, I missed about 3 minutes of the last song of the show. A special thanks to Hollowmoons, for both his ability to identify and track the show, but also the speed of his work- much appreciated.
