Ok so this is another one I received in a postal trade from way back and again it's the
first time I've ever shared this outside of snailmail trading.

There's a good chance many of you haven't got this.

I collect Bob Dylan shows as well and I know in the mid
to late 90's there were some fantastic DAT recordings of his shows knocking about in trading circles

So soundwise this is fantastic although there is some distortion in louder parts, I think running hot is the phrase
to use.

Most probably a DAT capture but theres no lineage so I'm only guesing.

The vocals and music are a little bit away in the distance if that makes sense but the taper has done a great job plus it sounds like
it is an outside show which would affect the sound.

So to the quality well it's a solid 6.5 to7/10 or VG+ to EX- to my old ears. Me and Mrs kerbcrawler went to Whitby one time when it was the "Goth Dracula" thing.
It is fun being in the port during that time, I think theres two a year but I digress.

I want to thank the taper and whoever traded with me back in the day for this show.

As always share freely but NEVER sell. Don't covert to lossy unless for personal use.

Lets remember Hawkwind are a current active touring band:

So support them by going to gigs, buying their cd's and merchandise etc. I will be there in Manchester to watch them in September 2021 and I'll be buying their new LP Somnia.

Check out their official website here: http://www.hawkwindmuseum.co.uk

Also check here for the bands current trading/recording policy: http://www.hawkwindmuseum.co.uk/trading%20rules.htm and this recording is allowed by the band under those rules.

You can also find detailed info on their re-issue back catologue here: http://cherryred.co.uk/atomhenge/main.htm

Lets keep those motors running.

Cheers

kerbcrawler
