- The show is labeled "Richard Hell & Johnny Thunders - New York City - CBGB's - 16-11-75" on the tape insert. I think the date is correct, so the venue is "Mothers" instead of "CBGB's". But if the date is wrong, it will be difficult to identify the show ....
- Probably not complete
- Parts of this show are probably released on "Live At Mothers" and on "What Goes Around ...", so I omitted them
