Rec. Info:
OKM2R -> Zoom H2n (at WAV 16/44) -> SD card -> surprise mail deliverance -> my HD -> no need to edit/all done by MagicMusicLab -> TLH8 -> FLAC -> DIME -> YOUR EARS AND MIND...
Recorded close to stage edge, a very fine dynamite recording, all would be extrra superb fine, if there wasn't those shit talking people. As Burg Herzberg Festival is a multicultural event,
it is usual that there are not only fans of the band in front of the stage. So, you can hide from the chatters at all, and sometimes there's more sometimes there is less. This one
has unfortunately "more". So to all you cheap chatters: BUGGER OFF!

So, once again we'll visit the hot and dusty daze on superb Burg Herzberg Festival 2013 (what a contrast it feels now!). I can't remember seeing this show here before, so I was quite
happy to get it from dear taper brother and friend RENDEL recently. Mr. Freischlader, the german "wunderkind" of electric bluesrock, was the first real attraction on the first (thursday)
evening. I've to admit, I missed the show while waiting on the campground for taper brother PROPYLAEN to check into our "camp" (and securing his "space" for tent and car), so I only listened
to this for far away. But what I now got to listen, really blew me away. I first saw him way back in 2006 at the Grolsch BluesFestival in Schoeppingen, and besides a real nice version of
"Voodoo Chile", I wasn't really impressed. So, seven years gone by, and though I'd seen his reputation growing more and more, I still did not attend any show. BIG MISTAKE!
In this almost "all-original" material show, Mr. Freischlader and his fine band pulled all the stops. The music ranges from Hendrix-style heavy psychedelic bluesrock to more tighter
BB King-like Chicago blues, and all in between. Curious? You should be. So, for your pleasure, here's one of the best guitarslingers of this new generation (he just turned 31 years),
and an already well experienced composer, as well. ENJOY! SB.
