I got this in 2005 from Dime without lineage info and stored the files on a DVD-R.
This came as "propably 1970" but the correct date is August 4, 1971.
Great Music and very good Sound.

All files are unaltered.
I only attached .md5 and .ffp checksums.

Below you'll find the original seeder's notes and a users comment about the setlist.

Many thanks to the original seeder and to the unknown user who provided the tracks.

HERBIE HANCOCK live at NDR Studios, probably 1970.

Sorry, I dont get any other informations about this.
The three tracks came directly from the original Reel2Reel-tapes
and presenting material from Mwandishi and some other recent
compositions of Hancock in a real free and bitches-brew-like manner.
The personnel is probably the same as from another bootleg I will upload:
Eddie HENDERSON, trumpet, flugelhorn;
Julian PRIESTER, trombone;
BENNIE MAUPIN, tenorsaxphone, flute, bass clarinet;
HERBIE HANCOCK, piano & electric piano;
Buster WILLIAMS, bass;
Billy HART, drums.

Duration: 2:04:33
Quality: A+

This is definitely the Mwandishi Group -- w/Maupin, Henderson, Williams and Hart.
Their individual styles are very distinctive.

This is a rare treat!

After a quick audio scan of the music, I'm hearing very long versions of:

1. Toys (46:44)
2. Speak Like a Child (27:13)
3. Ostinato (50:36)
