Horslips 1980
Chicago Park West
WXRT FM On Concert Program

Well It's been a good run and for now this Chicago gig will pull in the reigns on the Horslips live hoolie. It's been
very gratifying to see how much folks are enjoying this great band all over again and it's been my pleasure to put it all
out there for everybody. I have a few more things that might appear eventually including a marginal quality KSAN broadcast
from SF, CA. 1979 (anybody know where they might have played?) This isn't quite up to par with the other uploads, but with
a little sprucing up might make the cut. I also have 3 tapes to revisit, one from 1972-05-20 Dublin, one from 1979 Thirsty Ear
I think the TE was a syndicated show of sorts and lastly, a tape from 1979 Belfast, which is supposedly from a set of vinyl boot lp's
& tape sources called Horslips Live # 1-5, recorded by Brother Timothy an Irish Catholic Priest. Source notes cite The Wilta Hall but
more likely Belfast City Hall. Comments on any of this remaining material are welcomed. Time for my bootheels to be wanderin' Enjoy! Derag Doom
