About this event:
Ian Anderson is hitting the road for a series of shows commemorating the 40th anniversary of his Jethro Tull album, Thick As A Brick!
Bringing fans the No 1 Billboard Chart-topping album from 1972 in its entirety, Ian Anderson and his band are promising special guests and one amazing show, with some of the Jethro Tull hits thrown in for good measure.
The band will comprise of:
Ian Anderson - Vocals, flute & guitar
John O'Hara - Keyboards and accordion
David Goodier - Bass guitar
Florian Opahle - Guitar
Scott Hammond - Drums and percussion"
It's Interesting that they don't mention Ryan O'Donnell on additional vocals. I was a bit shocked at first - I was at this concert - but it makes sense as the only way to perform the original TAAB. There weren't any special guests or Tull hits. But that's fine - it worked really well as it was.
