formely known as Young/ Powell/Vespestad, we have a british guy with a couple of norwegian ECM recording artists: as they themsleves say, this is something executed having in mind the Tony Williams Lifetime featuring Larry Young (and Mahavishnu John McLaughlin) and Terje Rypdal, but it's also full of seventies sounding jazzrock, with progressive fugues al� Jon Lord (!), track 6 recalling Perigeo playing with Metheny and then track 10 migh seem written by Neil Young (!!!). Most tracks were left unannounced but are mainly part of their sole eponymus album, and I am left to assume these are all their own compostions. Free open-air show on a windy night, top of a bill also featuring RareNoiseRecords label mate David Fiuczynski, an interesting review of this night could be found at http://sgraham62.wordpress.com/
