It's been a while since we've shared a rare capture from our anonymous European benefactor. As I think I mentioned previously, he sadly passed away last year after a long illness which I was not aware of, always thinking of the collecting community he sent a couple of dozen shows to me so others could enjoy. A number of them I've already released.

This one features Jackson's Koln stop on the European leg of his 1982 tour. Interestingly, this of course was prior to 1983's Lawyers in Love release and he was still tweaking the title track. Prior to playing the song he mentions he was still trying to figure out how to end it. Tonight's performance ends with an almost 2 minute instrumental segment that fades out, then Jackson comments that's the first time we ended like that...love this kind of stuff.

Quality is very good though does have a bit of hiss during the quieter sections.

Thanks to Goody for putting his touch on the pitch and to our benefactor...R.I.P. gone but certainly not forgotten.
