James Taylor & Band
1988-04-04 Casino, Montreux, Switserland
Montreux Jazz Festival

A FM recording, generation unknown. Sounds a little thin and dusty, but it's FM
Directed the signal from the cassette deck to the Edirol SD card > PC.
Edited with Adobe Audition, removed some hiss without compromising the colour of the sound.

A period when James wasn't playing routine shows. Two years after his remarkable return to form, leaving the drugs behind.
This performance has some unusual tracks like 'Wild Mountain Thyme', 'Looking For Love On Broadway', and 'Lighthouse' in a slow version.
Also tracks from the fresh "Never Die Young" are featured.
A great performance throughout, I love that strong vocal/drum part in 'Country Road'
Pretty rowdy crowd

Carlos Vega, drums

Dan Dugmore, guitar
Jon Gilutin, keyboards
Rosemary Butler, background vocals
Arnold McCuller, background vocals
