The penultimate show of the Jayhawks' 2014-2015 tour promoting the re-release of the Olsen-less trilogy of Jayhawks albums (Sound of Lies, Smile, and Rainy Day Music) featuring the 2000's-era edition of the band. Overall a good show, but unacceptably short -- they were on a double-bill with Dawes, who ran long on this night, and the Jayhawks cut their set short in order to adhere to a 10:30 curfew.

That said, the performance is pretty good -- I personally really like this era of the band, both for the line-up and the setlists. As one would expect, this set draws heavily from the post-Olson era, with only a couple of the Olson "hits" making the set. I really enjoyed the performance overall, although I was disappointed to be back in my car 90 minutes after the start time.

In terms of recording, this came out very well, with no noticeable audience interference and a pretty good mix overall. Jayhawks fans will be glad to have this, since there is no promise of any future performances on their calendar right now.

This omits the WXRT DJ intro in the interest of keeping everything on an 82-minute CD.

Mp3 samples are in the comments.
