Hal's "Death by Jefferson Airplane Bootlegs" (CD 4 of 5)

This takes us to the last days of the band; if you note, I
have no concerts from 1971 -- maybe someone can torrent some
of those? -- and with the Stony Brook show of 1970 we say
good-bye to Marty for a while, until the 1989 reunion (he
did show up for one of the very last shows in 1972).
As he was on the sidelines, I picked a solo show for
him in Golden Gate Park in 1984 -- its significance is
that Paul Kantner turned up for two old JA tunes, and this
lead to the formation, with Jack Casady, of the KBC Band.
Marty's solo shows with the Wolfpack and the Dirty Socks
deserved more attention than they got!

As I torrented earlier, the Sept. 30 1989 free concert in
Golden Gate Park was the last full concert of the band,
as the appearance for the Homeless concert had only 5 songs.
The Riverside Theater show was the first on the 1989 reunion;
I have refrained from torrenting that, as it is an audience
tape rather inferior to the others -- but of historical
significance, all the same, as the first JA live version
of "Planes," the selected single off the 1989 reunion album.
