Jerry Jeff was in a very laid back mood doing the first of two shows. Allergies are always a problem in
Austin this time of year and as Jerry Jeff says, his voice is battling the allergies. This was a very
down-home, laid back show with Jerry and band just playing the songs they felt like playing at that
moment. One of those was a song the lead guitarist had never played with Jerry Jeff before. Another, The Vows,
was dedicated to a couple who told Jerry Jeff before the encores that they were celebrating their 55th
wedding anniversary.

For those who are disappointed by the usual Jerry Jeff greatest hits records, you'll love this show. It's
all the reasons why most people enjoy his music so much. He's still deserving of his legend status.

In typical Austin fashion, the crowd was very attentive to the music and not disruptive. While the One World
Theatre does not typically allow taping of their performances, the room and the Austin crowd make it a great
environment for recording, even stealth recording.

Sound Forge was used to split tracks and to gently limit some of the louder audience/applause sections.
