As I work my way through TapeTyrant's Master tapes for the crazy good "TapeTyrant Master Series" one thing has become clear. Not only does he have an outstanding master archives, he also has a very impressive archive of uncirculated 1st gens and soundboards.

As we looked for the best way to present those since they can't be part of the master series but critical to get out none the less, we landed on a TapeTyrant second series to be known by the creative title the "TapeTyrant Archive Series". This series will feature uncirculated Soundboards,low gen (mostly 1st) uncirculated audience captures and upgrades.

Our 5h release is another excellent 1st generation copy of an excellent capture for Jethro Tull's 1988 "Crest Of A Knave" tour stop at Pier 84.

Once again this one appears uncirculated (or at least under-circulated).

As with the previous editions, Goody once again gets us moving in the right direction at the right pitch.

And of course we owe TapeTyrant a great debt of gratitude for allowing me the honor of mastering and sharing his stellar work with all of us in what I hope are the definitive editions of his archives.

Get into those closets, basements and attics and let's get those uncirculated captures and upgrades out!
