So nearly 5 years since I first saw & recorded Joe's 1st ever show in the UK ... I though I would have a go at a new remastering to see if I could squeeze a little bit more out of the original JB3 wav file. It has turned out very nice and IMHO a wee bit nicer than my 1st go at it back in 2005.
If you already have the original from 2005 then you must decide if you also need this latest version, check-out this multi-track sampler to help you decide:

A great performance by this version of the band (with Eric Czar - Bass; Kenny Kramme - Drums) plus the fact that this was Joe's first ever English show make this a worthy addition to any collection.

For those interested - basic details of the mastering applied to my original JB3 recording (using Wavelab6) are as follows:
A: Left & Right channel EQ & Volume Matching
B: EQ / Multiband Compression / Limiting (-0.2dB max)
C: WAVs edited to fit on to 2xCDRs (with overlap) plus fade in/out
D: track split

A note for any finicky audiophiles out there:
Mastering has been done to polish the raw master recording with the aim of enhancing the listening experience. If you prefer virgin recordings, unspoiled by any such amateur 'dabbling' then do not join in on this one. Be warned now ... I don't want any whinging! ;-)

But for the rest of you Dime'ers I recommend that you GO FOR THIS ONE ... you won't be disappointed!
I score the sound quality as 9 out of 10 ( = A- );
but hey! ... don't flame me if you don't agree ... & at least keep it friendly ;-)

If you have any comments, whether positive, negative or otherwise, I would love to read them ... don't be a lurker!
