Welcome back to the MRDR Master Series Volume 9, with one of two nights captured on the Italian leg supporting the excellent 2008 release �Rain�.

Mauro�s brother Dario handled this one solo and did a fine job capturing the proceedings.
Since Mauro did not attend, the photos used for the covers are from the 18th, a show that will be Volume 10 in our series.

It�s a great performance during an excellent tour that resulted in me going back and re-visiting the wonderful �Rain� release.
Similar in nature to the 2006 and 2007 tours, Joe is backed by two thirds of the original 1979/1980 Joe Jackson Band minus guitarist Gary Sanford, the setlist contains plenty of his biting wit as a lyricist and strong pop leanings.
