Joe Walsh, Salina Kansas Stiefel Theater
2012 - July 13

Dr-07 recorded as 16 bit 44.1k wav from section 'flrA', row k (fairly close and on the left side of the auditorium). Applied some EQ to
remove the rumble and then painstakingly went through the entire 2 hours and tried to level out the screamer who was
seated right behind me. She seemed to quiet down a bit after 1 hour but then geared back up for the final 5 songs.
I boosted A Life of Illusion a bit since it was a quieter song and she didn't scream once in it, that would have
shattered some ear drums if I did it for the other tracks. I left her screams virtually unfiltered for the intro cheering
part so you can hear what I saved you.

Overall, I can't really call this a very listenable quality recording because of the echoing environment and the screamer. Her partner was a
loud 'woo' type as well, his 'woo' were always pretty compact. Oddly, that's what was bothering me most during the concert.
I think her shrill was out of my hearing range or something. That being said, it's still way better than some of those 79-80 Zep
audience captures.
