this guy was founder of crossingboundaries act Quintorigo, then leaving them for a series of experiences in between progressive rock and jazz (as with Roberto Gatto progressive rock tribute). Here is promoting his last record "Il Grande Abarasse" for Carosello Records, imagine some Brecht music with Vinicio Capossela sung by Bobby McFerrin, with in mind Area and Stratos. Really, this is not jazz (but Bittolo Bon and Scardino are known italian jazzers), this is not pop or rock like Marta Sui Tubi, it's just some inbetweener... His singing is helped by Dimitri Sillato (violin, piano), Valeria Sturba (violins and theremin), Paolo Baldani (cello), Beppe Scardino (baritone sax and clarinets), Piero Bittolo Bon (saxes and bass clarinet), Fabrizio Tarroni (guitar), Silvia Valtieri (piano and fisarmonica, toys), Franco Naddei (live sound)
