Notes:

This concert was broadcast on BBC-2 England as "John Denver - His Guitar and His Music" on 29th December 1982. A DVD video copy is also in circulation.

One of the most impressive performances here, is his rendition of Pete Seeger's "The Bells of Rhymney". I once saw someone said that he didn't like John Denver's music at first, then he watched this very version of "The Bells of Rhymney" on TV, and it totally changed his opinion on Denver "in one blow". The performance of "Jimmy Newman" is very outstanding as well. Tom Paxton, who wrote the song, even said that he "learned how to sing his own song" after hearing Denver's rendition. This is also one of the first times John played the piano in front of a camera.
