Notes:

This FOB audience recording sounds so good that I almost thought this is a soundboard matrix recording. I've uploaded another 1988 John Denver show to DIME a while back at http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=544812. This show has a very similar setlist with that one, but the sound quality is much better. There are gaps and tape flaws here and there, mostly in the first half of the concert, but this is still one of - if not the best John Denver audience recording I've ever come across.

By the time this concert took place, John's studio album "Higher Ground" just came out, so he sang 7 songs from the new album. On the other hand, he would still perform songs as old as "Jet Plane" and "Country Roads". Two of the songs were sung to the track - "Flying for Me" and "What Are We Making Weapons For?", which features Russian singer Alexander Gradsky on vocals. He also invited a local string quartet to join him on a couple of songs.

You can visit my "John Denver Setlist Archive" page at http://ddpro.ucoz.com/setlists/johndenver/ for more information. The setlists of all John Denver recordings I know will all be posted there.

Since I'm from China, my English is not good enough to fully understand the site FAQ, so there might be some problems with my torrent. Please tell me if you find anything wrong.
