Come along on a trip with Mr Peabody, Sherman and I in the "Way Back Machine", back back back to December 1975....

Bob Dylan was going to be on TV.
This was in the day before home video recorders were common.
This was also at a time when the audio portion of broadcast television was very Low-Fi.
My television was a Motorola Quasar with RCA output jacks and exceptional audio quality (for a TV).
The recorder was my new TEAC 4070G reel to reel.
The Phase Linear auto-correlator was used in the transfer to DAT.
In post-production a 3 dB boost at 300 Hz was done to give this a fuller sound.
This Bob Dylan performance is no longer hard to find but the true gem of this show has turned out to be those "old guys".
What a band and I just love the sound of Benny Goodman on his clarinet.
Some of the song titles are unknown to me (any help is appreciated).
This has been one of my favorite recordings over the years.
Hope you can enjoy it as much as I have.

Wikipedia has a nice explaination of the auto-correlator if you want some technical info
