Hello All
This is another show from The Left Bank Tapes
During it's heyday(s) in the 90's The Left Bank Café was a gathering place for a diverse range of musical talent. Owner & independent concert promoter, Arnold Greenburg, "invited" a wide array of local & international talent(s) to perform at his intimate café. Many of the performances were recorded direct to a separate SB (not a monitor mix) for broadcast on WERU FM Community Radio in Blue Hill Maine. -- Here is but one "result"

John Hammond @ The Left Bank Café - October 15, 1995

Sorry ...No set list...... awaiting someone's "help"?

Pedigree = Concert Stage (mics/DI/binaural audience mic) into--> separate Mackie 8channel mixer (just for radio mix) & recorded onto---> DAT as SB Master -->then optical out-of DAT via (Toslink cable) & optical in-to MacBookPro-->as WireTapStidio (Apple Lossless) m4a file --> to SugarMegs
(can't get much "purer" than this ;o)

*Special concert note.... during the show a screw flew out ..lost from a favorite one of a kind steel guitar during the 1st set... I was able to "repair" (mcguiver) it back while running the board(s) & handed it to him just after the start of the 2nd set... he was very gracious & appreciative .... embarrassing moment for me to be in "spotlight"... but then felt good to see him so pleased to be able to play that instrument again for the show... & boy he did!!!
