John Hartford - fiddle, banjo, guitar, plywood, and vocals

New Grass Revival was opening for John for two shows this night and Kathy Bush was mixing sound. Just before the second show I asked Kathy if I could plugin my Brother-in-law's old flat top Sony cassette deck and to my surprise she said yes and helped me get it plugged in.
Something went wrong at the tape flip and the tape spent several minutes traveling at various and odd speeds before I noticed the problem and ejected and reinserted the tape. Therefore an unknown amount of time and number of songs were lost to gibberish between Little Maggie and Long Hot Summer Day.
I used SoundForge 9.0 to even out some level changes at the start, normalize the levels, remove the tape noise, and add tracking. Then saved to level 8 FLAC files at 16 bit / 44.100 hz.

I recorded this show for the NGR set, any help erasing the question marks in the Hartford setlist would be greatly appreciated.
