The last interview of John Lennon, complete audio

From the introduction of Andy Peebles:

“On the afternoon of 6th December 1980 at about 5:45, we arrived at the Hit Factory recording studios situated on West 48th street in New York.
This was the studio where John and Yoko Lennon had recorded their album Double Fantasy.
The previous day Yoko have told me, in a meeeting that we had, that John was just a little apprehensive about the prospect of his first radio interview in over 5 years.
But when I arrived at the studio and finally shook his hand all apprehension soon disappeared.”

These five volumes were broadcast by WNEW FM in New York on 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th April 1981 and John and Yoko discuss topics and stories from 1966 - 1980 with Andy.

The interview had originally been aired by BBC Radio One on 9th December 1980 as a one hour "highlight" and was then serialised by the BBC from Sunday 18th January 1981 in 5 x 1 hour specials.
