This show showcased many aspects of the Zorn persona . Possibly the Song Project was the most variable set , in terms of the sort of music that was featured. Any number that contained Patton on vocals scored huge applause from the tattooed black clad metal afficianodo's ( most of whom had come to see Faith No More frontman Mike Patton) mingling with old hippies, pro musicians and yuppie chardonnay set Adelaidians (some of whom left early when things got weird onstage)

This is a superb show with very good sound , although the mix in the first track in this set is a bit ropey. Mostly it sounds better to me than it did on the night as I have pulled up some of the very quiet passages which were practically inaudible at the time.
