A great evening of singing from Johnny whom we had not seen perform for many years.

Johnny Coppin is an English singer/songwriter, composer, poetry anthologist and broadcaster. He plays guitar and piano and has written and recorded many albums as a solo artist. He has a weekly one-hour show on BBC Radio Gloucestershire entitled Folk Roots which he has produced and presented every week since 1996. Johnny has been the Musical Director for the Festival Players since 1992.

"Bokofessionals" are mic capsules bought from ebay for roughly 10p each, which are soldered to ultra thin stereo cable extracted from freebie British Airways earphones! That, I might add is a real test for tired eyes!

Mics were fixed to either side of camera bag on chair to right of me during first set, which I moved to a position on the left of me for the second set to avoid as much as possible hideous noise from a very old radiator!

I also ran a minidisc recording from mics fixed under my shirt collar, but it sounds muffled.
