Johnny Jones for those who do not know played briefly with
Jimi Hendrix and Billy Cox before Jimi made it big.


I have not seen any Johnny Jones up for grabs in any of the
trading circles, but if anybody knows who Johnny Jones is
this is a real treat.

This was a real treat being at this show as i had Vip access to
the show, i basically was unfamiliar with Johnny Jones who shared
this bill with Lance Lopez, Cornell Dupree, Papa Hoodoo Medicine.

From what i know this was the first time most of these guys played
together, so nobody knew what to expect, but in the end it all came
together nicely.

What i'll say about Johnny Jones is he was a real Bluesman, the way he
talks, plays is incredible....he lived & breathed the Blues.

I was fortunate enough to be at this event, no less record such a rare
and amazing performance here, since then we have lost Cornell Dupree &
Johnny Jones and Papa Hoodoo Medicine Show have split up.
