comments:
This is the complete (and uncut) performance from Boston's Metro
club, a rare up close and personal intimate Jon Anderson concert.
I've heard a couple of these shows. This Boston show is from my master
and being shared for the first time in torrent form here. I think
it's the best Animation performance I've heard yet. The fidelity
is rather limited by the 310 mikes, but the presence is pretty good,
crowd noise is moderate at times but not oppressive. (they were very
enthusiastic). Lots of solo JA songs as well as Yes favorites here.
a bit heavy on the yes songs, I thought, but somehow I don't think
that will bother too many folks in a time of Andersonlessness.
sorry about the unevenness of the discs. I did this to fit with
another uploader's post from Montreal, but I didn't want to post
them together mainly because this Boston show hasn't been posted
from this recording before, maybe not from any recording.
Do not sell this recording.
