Juliana played an early Sunday night set to a sold out crowd of 200 at
Ace Of Cups. She took the stage promptly at 8pm and played til 915. She
mixed in some great material from the brand new LP, "Pussycat" as well
as some older favorites. Ive always been impressed with the sound in this
venue and once again it did not disappoint. My only complaint would be
the "WHOOO!" guy to my right, who you will hear every now and then between
songs. The good news, however, is that he shut up during the music. That's
all I can ask for.

"Choose Drugs" was solo electric and a bit quieter than the rest of the
set. Because of this, I amplified it by roughly 5%. If you listen closely
the humming during this song was a fan behind me. Yes, the mics picked up
an oscillating fan in the back corner of the room... it's very faint.
Turn this one up & go see Juliana live, shes wonderful!!
