Junior Brown - Great American Music Hall San Francisco, Ca April 17, 1997
Sony Walkman with external sony stereo mics clipped onto a cowboy hat - Master Cassette>Qbase>wav>tlh>flac
An amazing night with Junior Brown, doing his usual full on guitar show. This night was easily the best out of the three times I've seen them. I went with a friend who accidently had a recorder in his car. On a whim he decided to sneak it in and was rewarded with a bit of beginners luck. The sound is very good in spite of a very drunken noisy sold out crowd.
An easy transfer, I edited out a couple of mic bumps that peaked out between songs and some idiotic conversations that were picked up here and there. I didn't fade or edit the tape flip in the Surf Medley, it's in a bad place for saving the song, so I just kept it all.
