Excellent soundboard recording

**mp3 samples included (as always) in the Comments section**

Hold onto your seats, Junior Brown fans, because here comes another dynamite Junior show in spectacular SOUNDBOARD quality!!!

Back in August 2006, I helped my buddy and fellow DIME member jjaywill share an awesome Junior Brown show (from 10/16/05) from the Rams Head Tavern in Annapolis, Maryland. 373 people grabbed that show, and the re-posted version can still be found here (226 snatches and counting):

As if that show weren't enough, jjaywill contacted me about sharing another Junior Brown SOUNDBOARD show from the Rams Head Tavern...this one from Aug. 8, 2004. The sound quality on this show, like the previous Junior show we shared, is PRISTINE (A+). Don't believe me? Check out the mp3 samples in the Comments section and judge for yourself!

What's especially interesting about this show (and the previous show) is that jjaywill's boss, Jimmy Jacobs, is a long-time friend and occasional bandmate of Junior's...and as such, Jimmy joins Junior onstage for a song in each show. Pretty cool stuff indeed!

Anyway, if you enjoy this show, please consider taking a moment to post a comment on the show's board...even if it's a simple "Thanks", which takes just a few seconds to type. And if nothing else, PLEASE make sure you thank jjaywill since it was HIS generosity that allowed me to share this beauty of a show with all of you!

Additional notes:
When tracking this show, I simply entitled the one track "Guitar medley"...it includes a few song fragments (and musical styles: surf, blues, rock) in it, including "Pipeline" and "Secret Agent Man"; during "Sugar Foot Rag" you'll probably notice traces of the "Benny Hill theme" (a/k/a "Yakety Sax", which is more aptly named "Yakety Axe" for the guitar); lastly, during "Foxey Lady", you can hear traces of "The Wind Cries Mary" and "Sunshine Of Your Love".

It's entirely possible I may have missed a song somewhere because Junior goes in and out of songs rather fluently when he plays his medleys. If you have any corrections, please post them on the show's board.

And lastly,

jj, my man...HUGE thanks again for all the trouble you went through to get this fine show to me/us!!!
