Junior is a great guitar player who has played as sideman with many of the big names in blues, besides playing for almost ten years with Canned Heat.
Here we have him with his own band. Great and precise guitar touch, at times the solos tend to be stretched too long, but a very enjoyable rhythm 'n'blues show it was for sure.

His band is also quite good, especially Gene Taylor on keyboards, a real blues character who did not waste his time in Bellinzona and joined a local blues-covers band to play a jam session that lasted til 7 in the morning (!) the night before playing on the big stage with Junior. N0 joke, I was there!
Reminds me of Dr. John physically by the way.
