Read this before downloading as this show has some minor problems. I could not find my master tapes from this show. This is from a cassette recorded from the master cassette. First Generation? After checking times I figured I could fit this on 2 CD's. After making first I checked time again and I had 86 min. remaining. After splitting remaining into 2 short CD's I ended up with 1 CD at 40:01 and the 2nd was 39:18 seconds. Which could have fit on 1 CD. You should be able to fit Disc 2 and Disc 3 on 1 CD.
Alright, next, the crowd was a bit obnoxious. Mostly calm during songs but yells and whistle between. At one point someone yells out Buddy Guy a few times and Junior tells him "If you want Buddy Guy why don't you go find him"
Having said all that this is a nice recording of a great show. This is being uploaded by request for HWeinberg who says this was one of his top 5 shows. Glad to be able to get someone a copy of a show they rate as in their top 5. Hopefully you weren't one of the guys yelling. I knew a lot of the songs titles, guessed on the rest. Would welcome any corrections on song titles. Junior may have been drinking, not saying he was drunk but he did do Little Red Rooster twice...in a row. Although he may have wanted to do a slower version of the song, he started to say something about someone having said he did the song to fast, but he got interupted by the Buddy Guy comment. Always like to hear any comments.
Enjoy,share but don't sell.
