Editing notes:
* A 0.3-second broadcast dropout occurs at 3:23 into Track 3; replaced with a splice from a similar passage;
* A 0.15-second broadcast dropout at 6:40 into Track 3 was replaced with a splice from a similar passage;
* A broadcast glitch occurs about 3:27 into Track 4. It was removed;
* A 66-second canned station ID occurs at 11:46 into Track 4; about 60 seconds was removed; a half-second of silence was inserted and the sections were faded in/out (beginning of Track 5);
* A 32-second station ID was removed at 11:13 into Track 5; one-second of silence was inserted and the next song was faded up;
* Yet another station id occurred after the next song, 13:01 into Track 6. About 12-1/2 seconds was removed and the sections were cross-faded;
* Two broadcast dropouts occurred at the end of the recording, beginning at 6:31 into Track 8, less than 1 second apart. The first, about 0.16 seconds, was removed and the adjacent sections were cross-faded; the next dropout (about 0.02 seconds) was simply closed up;
* A -30db notch filter was applied to remove the 19kHz FM pilot tone; and
* The left channel was normalized by 1.1 db; and the right channel was boosted 1.4 db, leaving about 0.10 db head room.


Notes:

The bass was poorly mic'd; it distorts occasionally, particularly during the first few seconds of Track 2.

The Kenny Barron Trio was scheduled to play the WWOZ Jazz Tent from 5:45 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the first Thursday of the 2024 Jazzfest. The set was broadcast live by WWOZ-FM.
