the 2 sides of the tape were spliced together using audition and the tracks have been cut using cd wave.



the taper responsible for this show is deceased and the master's location remains unknown and possibly destroyed.
nothing fancy was used to record this show. It was just a standard recorder of the day using the internal mics.
the quality is what you'd expect using basic period equipment. the sound is a little distorted as the taper seemed
to be too close to the stacks. there are several cuts, one including someone telling the taper to turn it off.
he turned it back on, of course. while the overall sound quality is nothing great, you have several important chicago
bluesman step up on stage to join kenny. its an upfront experience with an active crowd. 5/10


this unknown gen tape comes from a friend of the taper and he is thrilled to share his copy.
the taper would have loved to know that others are enjoying his tapes as he never saw his tapes being listened
to by anyone except him and a couple of friends. had he known how easy it was to do then it may
have given him some incentive to still be with us and share the memories himself.



henry gray, lazy lester, buddy guy, and junior wells all join in to play with the neal family. not too sure who appears on what track.
