The Forum first opened in 1931 and has always been notorious for its dreadful acoustics. Concert capacity is ~3900; Vancouver currently has no alternative indoor venue of comparable size. Few concerts are held at the Forum in recent years but typically there are porta-potties inside for patrons to use in addition to the limited plumbing. The band refers to these as, "spicy rooms".
