During the first song Ray mentions how nice it is to be back in...... San Francisco.
He is spoofing the audience and don't be confused as this was not recorded in San Francisco.

Sitting in front of the PA stack on the right side makes the bass really strong and it was reduced a bit
Applause from elsewhere in the show was inserted into the tape flips to smooth out the abrupt cuts.

Lola was the encore and the band left the stage while the audience continued chanting LOLA and began leaving.
When the lights came on the deck was turned off and the tapers were making a clean get away when the band returned.
Smoothed out the abrupt start but the taper was in a different location so the SQ is a bit different.
