note:
This is probably a reseed. If it is, here's another chance to grab this gem.
The Glasgow concert was scheduled for the first official date of The Mix tour (there was a kind of secret concert in Aberdeen in the day before).
It is particularly by far the best and hottest concert from The Mix tour, just a pity it doesn't sound better.
You'll hear Fritz Hilpert at his best and he didn't play like that on any other concert.
A problem on this version is that it needs a speed correction because it is playing somewhat slower than it should.
As I'm unable to do that at the moment, I would be very grateful if someone else did it.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy this recording as much as I do.

note #2:
I have had this for a while but have got round to it now because of the current tour. This was extracted using EAC (log files in the torrent) no errors showed up.
Sound was a bit "muddy" especially on the first CD so both were brightened and given a bit of extra punch. The sound itself is good to very good.
In between we have the usual screaming Glasgow "f**kw*t". The two in front of the taper are consistent in their hollering.
It does not overly detract from the set but it can get really annoying if you are there. I have spent many hours in the Barrowlands over the years trying to get away from them.
The only editing that was done was to place another track at the applause for the encore (our two friends are very prominent here)
so if you want you can skip track 07 disc 2 because it only has applause on it. I reduced the overall length of CD 2 by about 40 seconds as, again its just applause.
Nothing else was changed. There are the inevitable tape changes and what sounds like an edit at the start of track one.
These shows were the first for many years. I saw them at the Playhouse in Edinburgh, either just before, or just after this show and was blown away by them.
Listening to it now it sounds very similar to what the latest tour sounds like. Compare for yourself. This set includes a thriteen and a half minute version of Music Non Stop.
