Comments
Kris, who celebrated his 70th birthday this year, was the closing performer on the second day of the three-day festival. Unlike many artists, his style is to almost immediately launch into his next song after saying, “Thank You”. No time wasted to even tune his guitar; just a brief introduction, then a new story to tell. It took me a few songs to catch his rhythm so I could cut the tracks in the appropriate spot. In terms of music for the fans, he gave us 29 songs in 90 minutes. It was a thrill to see Kris, as he and Willy and a few others are members of an active, but shrinking group of singer/songwriters from their generation. Looking at his tour schedule, you realize no grass grows under this gentleman’s feet.

You’ll notice some audience noise, but I’ve mitigated much of it and believe the show is still a good listen. If you notice errors in the track titles, thanks for writing with corrections. A copy of the program cover and my admission wristband appear in the torrent.

I'm behind a firewall, so thanks for being patient with the stream.

Cheers
