TLH : WAV to FLAC

REMASTER NOTES :

Pitch was 35 cents sharp (Thanks to Goody for listening and providing
the offset).
This needed a retracking (all were reset).
Deleted a long gap of silence at the end of the old track 2.
Faded applause at a gap before the start of track 4.
Smoothed transition break between tracks 5 and 6.
Added fade at the end of track 6.
The right channel had half the sonic information but was barely
present in the levels, so tracks were hard limited to amplify:
t01 r+6dB, t.02-03 r+7dB, t04 l+1.5dB,r+8.5dB, t05 r+7dB, t08 r+6dB.
DC offset corrected.

ORIGINAL NOTES:

Just one of the MANY things about DIME that I love is when I get to hear
unique groupings of good musicians. These affairs can be "hit & miss" but
always have some great moments and can be interesting.
