Lather ( pronounced Leather)have been Australia's leading purveyors of the music of Frank Zappa since 2008.
Another great set from this band who play Zappa music and do so extremely well.
Sound mix was excellent and the audience did little talking, no conversation took place near us during songs, the resident heckler who knows Tim once again indulged in light banter in set 2.
Two new vocalists as the usual vocalist Gerry Massi was unavailable. Rod Smith was lacking a little in stage presence, hit a few slightly off key notes in set 1 , but did a good job , the moustachioed Ryan Underhill was boss, he'd be a good permanent addition to the band. .
