To me The End of the Moon is a breathtaking Performance, thank you so so very much Laurie!

I saw The End of the Moon three times in London, Barbican Theatre, and both nights in Amsterdam
Met Laurie both places, ever so open, friendly, energetic and present Laurie Anderson was.
With gratitude and a great pleasure I'm sharing this excellent and outstanding Performance on DIME

The CD sound is fine with 1/3 of the total volume capacity on my Denon amplifier,
a too high volume level might make a distortion when Laurie A starts to play her
special made violin/viola

Laurie A says in the small local Amsterdam program:
The violin that I'm playing in this piece is actually a hopped up viola designed by
Ned Steinberger for maximum range. I have designed programs for it that enable it to
generate tonal dusters, harmonies and chords as well as simpler patterns. So it can be
my own personal wailing Greek chorus or another voice in the dialogue like mine only sadder.
