TheCommish notes:
After seeing these guys this past summer in Asbury Park, I couldn't wait to see them again! Two full hours of rockin' blues and very little background crowd chatter on the recording make this a winner.
The show featured lots of cuts from Lee's two fine CDs (570-BLUES, Brand New Man) and some choice covers including my favorite: a really long version of "Too Many Dirty Dishes" where Lee strolled amongst the audience during the middle of the song.

The band was joined by two members (Carol Fredericks-vocals, Nick Conti-sax) from the opening band, the Above Ground Blues Band, on "Rock Me Baby".

If you like this torrent, won't you please take a moment to post a comment on the board? It only takes a moment, and believe me, it takes A LOT longer to prepare/upload a show for others to enjoy than it does to download and run.
