This is a recording done by The French Gentleman (TFG) to reel tapes.
Our DIMEr friend unclemeat got it digitized from the reels to 1 large mono WAV.
The thanks for this should go to them.

I converted it to 2-channel mono, then broke it up into tracks.
There are spot where the broadcasters did edits / you can hear crowd clap levels shift.
I put the track breaks in these spots, where they existed.
And I brought down the volume during a 3-second buzzing anomaly in the lead in to Chelsea, so it's less irritating.
That's all I needed to do - SBE-fixed the files, and you hold in your digital hand the results.

NOTES

Dunno if any other source for this has been out in the ether before.
Also dunno if the radio folks resequenced the track order at all.

Hey, I have few LC shows this old in my collection, so I'm happy as heck to hear it.
Hopefully some of you will be too.

Wow, an excellent sounding recording here - a partial show, but a nice one indeed.
Bits of small broadcast distortion, but very limited (more moticeable in quiet parts).

Only drawback is a zealous announcer.
He talks over some parts, and even translates some english spoken bits to french.
Tracks 1-7 are free of this, but after... he's in between just about every track, sigh.
Bummer, but to get such a nice show, I guess it's worth it.

Crank it up and ENJOY! it as I have, and share it so others can hear it.

Filenames have numbers on the end that are the TIMES (ex. - "...-359" is 3min59sec long).
