This is a 37 minute complete circulating recording of the last part of a concert. What makes it special is that it is a soundboard recording. This was last posted here by banalny in Jan. '11.

There has been in the concerns stated in the past (e.g., by Goodie in June '05) that the first track "Memories" may have also been on the commercially released live LP "Field Commander Cohen: Tour of 1979." The back of the LP cover states only that the tunes on the LP were recorded at "Hammersmith Odeon, London, on 4, 5, and December 6, 1979 and at the Dome Theatre, Brighton, on December 15, 1979." There are unfortunately no specifics as to which tunes were played when and where. I have the LP and the tune "Memories" is not the same as the one in this upload, e.g., the audience applauds during the first line of the song "Frankie Lane, he was singing Jezebel" on the LP but remains silent during that same lyric on this upload.
