Howdy Gents.

A brief History of this recording.
The late GREAT Paul Samson (leader of the band SAMSON)
was a my good pen-pal.......
we shared the great love for the Hendrix's music.

But we went further:-)
He was a Leslie West nut too, and liked to collect
live and studio recording, and he had very good sources
(personal friend-s and roadie of leslie too.)

The 1997 UK tour was organized by some friend of him,
and he got a first copy of (one) this gigs.
He did one for myself too,but he used some cheap
double cassette player, he apologize for that!
( he was a so NICE human being!)
but the result was amanzing anyway,
The tape have some tracking trouble in both sides,
wait a couple of minute and everything will be allright!

Leslie Playing is clear, LOUD, with lot's of passion!
a great gig of a relaxed axe-man.

Sorry for some incomplete song list and some bad cutting , maybe i
did something wrong.......:-)

To pay my debt i added one funny tape i got somewhere.
It's a guitar lesson of Leslie taped by some student
Dunno where, when, and why this recording was made!
Any guess??

I have more Leslie Stuff, even an italian 1988 TV apparence,
and if someone tell me it's interested.......;-)
