Show began as a seated gig but that arrangement didn't last long.
As soon as The Boatman started people were getting to their feet
and after 20 minutes most of the audience were dancing in the
aisles and in front of the stage.

By the end of the show it was so raucous that some people were
actually fighting at the front and Mark had to stop singing to
tell them to "stop fucking fighting". Quite a turnout for a seated
acoustic show at the Royal Hall!

Simon was absent from guitar duties for this acoustic tour due to
personal reasons, so Jim Mortimore from the support band, the
Moulettes, helped out on strings.

Performance wise, the band gave a typically engaging and
powerful musical inventory of their past albums, with a good
few offerings from the latest album, Static on the Airwaves.

Recorded from front row of the balcony.
